Beatrix is an AI-powered life guidance platform that uses your birth chart alongside psychological frameworks — including Stoicism, Jungian psychology, and attachment theory — to help you make better decisions about relationships, career, and identity.
By creating an account and using Beatrix, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Beatrix is not a substitute for professional therapy, medical advice, psychiatric treatment, or professional counselling.
The guidance Beatrix provides is based on AI interpretation of astrological and psychological frameworks. It is intended for personal reflection and self-exploration only. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services immediately.
Beatrix uses advanced artificial intelligence technology to generate personalised guidance based on your birth chart and conversations. While we strive to provide thoughtful, meaningful responses:
You must be at least 16 years old to use Beatrix. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You agree to provide accurate birth data (date, time, and place of birth). The quality of Beatrix's guidance depends on the accuracy of this information.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at hello@askbeatrix.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
Beatrix is a subscription service at €29 per month (additional tiers at €19 and €49 may be available). All prices include VAT where applicable.
Subscriptions are billed monthly and auto-renew until cancelled. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then.
New subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of their first payment, no questions asked. Contact hello@askbeatrix.com to request a refund.

The Beatrix name, brand, logo, design, and underlying technology are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without our written permission.
You retain ownership of all content you provide to Beatrix, including your conversation messages and birth data. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to process this content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law:
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Dutch law.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be submitted to the competent courts in the Netherlands.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of Beatrix after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
